This is a very old fuse panel with rust on the connections found in a 1908 house. This home also has several additional
fuse subpanels. Recommend replacing all fuse panels with a 200 amps main breaker panel.
The main issue is the gas furnace flue. The flue cap is missing. Recommend installing a new flue cap so the flue
will not get clogged. This picture illustrates the importance of having a home inspection as this flue can only be seen from
the roof.
Hello Santa Claus!! The skylights on this home need to be secured in place with screws. Again, this can only be
seen from accessing the roof.
This roof has excessive wear and is missing shingles. Time for a new roof!
This brick chimney is done to perfection! It has a rain cap for the furnace flue, a concrete drip cap, full mortar
between bricks and has excellent counterflashing.
We go into all readily accessible attic spaces.
This is some “handyman” wiring discovered while inspecting an attic space. The inspector had to crawl
to the far end of the attic space to find this wiring. A licensed electrician will need to be hired to correct this wiring
issue.
